Day by day Itinerary :

Day 1:   Flight from Dublin to Munich, and transfer to hotel


Day 2 :  Black Forest Tour
Our Black Forest Tour features the lakeside resort of Titsee and the charming town of Furtwangen, visit Clock Museum .  On to Triberg the centre of the clock making industry, with its charming shops selling woodcarvings and other traditional crafts. 

Day 3:  Full day visit to Lake Constance and the island of Mainau.
The hillsides that slope to the water’s edge of Lake Constance are covered with vineyards and orchards.   Includes visit to medieval town of Konstanz and a cruise on the lake to the floral Island of Mainau.


Day 4:  Acherntal Valley and Baden- Baden 
Scenic drive through the Acherntal Valley, visit folklore costume museum in Seebach, short stop at the Mummel Lake, afternoon guided tour of Baden Baden


Day 5:  Black Forest including Blumberg Steam Railway
Our scenic Black Forest tour takes us to the old city of Blumberg founded during the 13th century. From here we enjoy a nostalgic ride on a steam train through a nature reserve to the small town of Weizen. The train is affectionately known as the “pigs’ tail” as it winds its way through valleys, viaducts and tunnels taking in some of the most beautiful scenery found in the Southern region of the  Black Forest.  Time is allowed to visit Railway Museum at Blumberg. (Distance by train 25km)

Day 6: Freiburg
Guided Tour of Freiburg with visit to Cathedral continues to St Peter to admire the Benedictine Monastery and taste the famous Black Forest Gateau.

Day 7:   Your coach and driver will bring you back to Munich for homeward flight to Dublin.
